Depending on stock availability, certain items in your order may be shipped from our overseas warehouse, which may take an additional 2 business days.
Remote area such as, but not limited to, Tung Chung, Airport, Chek Lap Kok, Disneyland, Ma Wan, Noah's Ark, Siu Ho Wan, Outlying Islands and Discovery Bay will be delivered via HK Post.

What happens if I need to change the delivery method after placing my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will try our best to get it updated. However, in the event that your parcel has been handed over to our courier partners, they may impose a surcharge for the re-routing.
How do I check the status of my orders?
You will receive an initial email notification from us once your order is being processed. A second email notification containing the delivery tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to trace your parcel via the link provided in the second email.
Most packages will reach you within 3 to 5 business days. If you do not receive your items after 5 business days, please email us at email@example.com and we will assist you accordingly.
Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
Your order is overweight due to the large number of items or contains pre-order products. For overweight orders, we may split the order and ship it out in several packages.
What is the procedure for Return/Exchange?
At SaturdayClub, your satisfaction is always guaranteed! That is why we allow return and size/colour exchange!
All returns will be refunded via store credit voucher equivalent to the purchase amount which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Simply indicate “Return” on the invoice and send it together with your returns parcel to the mailing address below. Please use a trackable delivery method and keep your proof of postage and tracking number when shipping back your returns as this will avoid any dispute in the event of any lost mail. The return postage will be at your own cost and we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit.

Criteria for returns:
The item(s) must be in their original conditions, i.e. unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, with the secured tag intact and in the original zip lock packaging.
All returns have to reach us within 30 days from your order being dispatched from our warehouse.
Upon receiving your return parcel, we will check if the item(s) met all of the qualifying conditions listed above. If yes, the credit voucher will be sent to your email within 14 days. You can also view it under “My voucher” in your account.
Each country has its own return address. Please visit the respective country's website to obtain the return address.
Returns outside the stipulated timeframes will not be accepted.
Customers found returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns.

1) Order ID (Found on the left hand corner of your invoice. Eg: #12692)
2) Product reference number (Eg: A028020103)
3) The alternative size and/or colour of the same product that you wish to exchange for
Exchange is limited to 1 time for the same item.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.
Postage fees for returns will be at your own cost. We encourage you to mail your parcel via a delivery method which allows tracking as we will not be liable for any lost mails.
How do I know the status of my return/exchange?
Please allow 20 business days upon receiving your parcel for us to process your return/exchange request. If you have not heard back from us by the end of 20 business days, please email us at email@example.com and we will assist you accordingly.
